Expert, compassionate pelvic care delivered to your doorstep.

Dwell Pelvic Physical Therapy was created to help people feel at home in their bodies again, especially during pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and when facing pelvic floor dysfunction.

Founder Dr. Ashlyn Gardner, PT, DPT, recognized that traditional outpatient pelvic health clinics, particularly those that accept insurance, often do not give people the time or space they need to truly heal. She started Dwell to offer in-home pelvic floor therapy that meets people where they feel comfortable.

Our approach blends clinical expertise with whole-body, evidence-based treatment tailored to your daily life. Sessions are designed to help you feel supported, seen, and empowered.

The name “Dwell” is inspired by Psalm 23,  a reflection of peace, presence, and restoration. These values guide every aspect of our care, from how we treat your symptoms to how we care for you as a whole person.

Meet Ashlyn

Hi! I’m Dr. Ashlyn Gardner, PT, DPT, a pelvic floor physical therapist and the founder of Dwell Pelvic Physical Therapy.

My journey into pelvic health began in 2019 when I was placed with a pelvic floor physical therapist during my first rotation. That experience opened my eyes to how life-changing this work can be. My final two rotations were in sports and orthopedics, and the combination of those three settings shaped the movement-based approach I bring to every session.

After graduating, I spent nearly a year in outpatient orthopedics before transitioning to a pelvic floor specialty clinic in Denver. Over the next three years, I exclusively treated female pelvic health patients and served as the lead physical therapist for two of those years.

My treatment style blends strength training, manual therapy, dry needling, and intentional education to create personalized care plans that align with each person’s goals. I believe the body is incredibly resilient, and my goal is to help every patient feel supported, capable, and confident in their healing.

When I’m not with patients, you’ll find me enjoying the Colorado sunshine: running at Wash Park, lifting weights, golfing, skiing in the winter, or walking my dog, Poppy.
